Managing Director
Garrett joined Hevac in 1998 as a trade counter assistant and has built his career across a series of managerial positions within the group, gaining invaluable hands-on experience along the way. Since 2017, he has served as Managing Director, leading the organisation's overall business strategy and development with a clear focus on continual improvement and a customer-centric mindset. Passionate about the building services industry, Garrett brings both depth of experience and long-term vision to his role.

Outside of work, he's a keen football coach and fan, and is occasionally spotted enjoying a long walk with a bag of golf clubs in tow.

Sales Director
Mark Guinan is Sales Director at Hevac, having joined the business in 1991 and progressed through internal sales, customer service, and area management before stepping into a leadership role. With over three decades in the HVAC industry, he works closely with the Group Sales Manager and Business Development team to drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and stay ahead of emerging technologies and products.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys off-the-beaten-track travel, 4x4 off-road driving, and kayaking.

Operations Director
Aidan joined Hevac in 2015 and leads operations and supply chain strategy across the organisation. With over 30 years' experience in distribution, demand planning, supply chain, and warehouse operations, he works closely with suppliers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure consistent performance and high service standards.
Outside of work, Aidan runs a Code Club for kids and teens, and enjoys golf, gardening, and reading.

Commercial Director

Donal is Commercial Director at Hevac, bringing over 25 years of industry experience including 17 years with the business. A Business graduate of University College Dublin, he began his career as an AutoCAD technician before working his way through a series of commercial and leadership roles, giving him a strong grounding in both project delivery and strategic business development.
In his current role, Donal is focused on driving the continued growth of the business through strong client relationships, industry expertise, and a practical, results-driven approach.

Business Systems Manager

Karl has been working in the Heating and Plumbing industry since 1983 and has been with Hevac for 27 years. With an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the business, he is a trusted point of contact for both customers and colleagues alike.

HR Manager
Jacinta has been HR Manager at Hevac since 2017, bringing close to 20 years of experience across HR administration, operations, and strategy. Having progressed through roles as HR Administrator, HR Officer, and HR Operations Specialist, she has a strong foundation across all aspects of the function and a genuine belief in HR's role in creating a positive, supportive, and fair workplace.
Outside of work, Jacinta is a keen GAA supporter (Up the Dubs!), and enjoys keeping fit, reading, musicals, and spending time with her family.

Technical and Specification Manager
Anthony joined Hevac in 2025 as Specifications Sales Manager, bringing 21 years of industry experience. He is responsible for managing the specification of Hevac Group products with clients and maintaining strong relationships with consultant and specifying engineering professionals With deep expertise in heat pump technologies and commercial systems, Anthony has a strong focus on sustainable, future-focused heating solutions and works closely with engineers and consultants to ensure the right products are specified for each project.

Estimation Manager
Kiara joined Hevac in 2015 as part of the Technical Internal Sales team and has since progressed through a variety of roles, building a broad and in-depth understanding of the HVAC industry. As Estimation Manager, she is responsible for ensuring projects are both technically sound and commercially accurate, working closely with contractors, engineers, and developers across a wide range of projects.
Outside of work, Kiara is a passionate GAA supporter and is actively involved in coaching juvenile teams at her local club. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Ellen joined Hevac in 2022 as a Purchasing Administrator and has since grown into her current role leading the team across purchasing and supply chain. With over six years of experience in the field, she works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to keep everything moving seamlessly from supplier to warehouse.
Outside of work, you'll usually find her reading, walking her dogs, or spending time with family and friends.

Product & Office Sales Manager
Dave joined Hevac in 1998 and has built his career across a wide range of roles from warehouse operative and trade counter sales through to Product Manager and Building Services Manager. Today, as Product & Office Sales Manager, he oversees the Sales Processing Team and leads on product development.
With almost 30 years of industry experience, he has developed deep expertise in residential products and built strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers alike.

Damien joined Hevac in 2007 and has progressed steadily through the business, moving from an entry-level sales role through sales and purchasing management before taking on his current position as Warehouse Manager.
Today, he oversees warehouse operations and stock control, bringing practical industry knowledge and a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Sheamus joined Hevac in 2022 as a Field Service Engineer specialising in Combined Heat & Power (CHP) units and was promoted to Service Manager in 2025. In this role, he leads the delivery of high-quality service operations with a focus on efficiency, team leadership, and continuous improvement ensuring customers consistently receive a reliable and professional experience.

Jason joined Hevac in 2018 as Sales Manager, bringing a career spent entirely in heating and plumbing sales and a wealth of product and industry knowledge. In his role, he develops sales strategies, manages high-value client accounts, and leads a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
Outside of work, Jason is a self-confessed armchair sports fan, with a particular interest in soccer, horse racing, and cricket.

Diarmuid joined The Tube Company of Ireland in 2016 in an entry-level sales role and has progressed to his current position as Business Unit Manager.
